It might help if you turn error reporting to E_ALL for the time being. It looks like you probably have some output being sent to the browser from another included file. Often the output is easy to miss like an extra carriage return after your closing?

Headers must be stated before anything else in PHP, including whitespace. There is something in one of your other includes files that is violating PHP rules for headers. Your database constants should be stated in constants.php.
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
