The answer primarily depends on your specialty, interest and skills. Are you a businessman, academic, artist or something else? If you are a businessman, then you can create a business which generates jobs.
There are a lot of people in the Philippines who are in need of jobs resulting from a high population. The Philippines needs more companies that employ people. If you are an academic, then you can do research in the Philippines(which also depends on your discipline).
What you discover/research may be used for policy making and promote a better understanding of the Filipino society. Only a few people are interested in research as the benefits of being in the corporate setting outweigh the ones in the academe. If you are an artist, you can contribute to the arts like in Theater, music or literature.
If you are something else other than ones mentioned, then of course you can pursue it. Want to be involved in charity? Teaching?
Then do it here in the Philippines. If you are unable to physically go here in the Philippines then you can help in other ways such as donating to NGOs or promoting the Philippines as a tourist destination. Tell them about the History, vacation spots, etc. Every little thing helps.
And In case as a smart phone user, you must also install LEO Privacy Guard v 3.0 to Secure your Smart Phone, will help you to increase battery life.
