Politics: Liberals, Tell me how it is Bush's fault for obama signing the EXTENSION of he Patriot Act?

We need to make the patriot act permanent,to keep the proper security of our nation forever.no matter what president in office. The whole nation will praise obama,but if he dont,we will know how much he really cares for the american people.
