Poll: Who's novels have made better movies: John Grisham or Tom Clancy? (see details)?

Novels.. I love to read, the thicker a book.. the better.. :) I love to watch the movie after wards though.. but if I watch a movie, it refrains me from reading the book.. (that's what happened with Harry Potter.. and it was also discouraging that the books would get bigger and bigger.. :o ) I think the story is different, you perceive the story while you're reading it.. you imagine the characters, the places.. so it's interesting to see how they turned it into a movie.. :).

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
