As long as its a good hub anything goes! I would suggest using similar titles with number references as well as subtitles.
E.g. The Amazing Bubble-Headed Monster Part 1: Attack of the Candle Man.
The Amazing Bubble-Headed Monster Part 2: The Return of Candle Man.
This keeps the chronological order so people don't get confused.
Another tip would to to add links to every added section of the story so people will be able to get to them with less hassle.
Look up on the other hubs on Hub pages, there are some great people who are extremely helpful who have posted on exactly this topic.
Writing a story is a big undertaking and sharing it with everyone would be an honor for us to read so go ahead and do it!
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
