First, pull it out of the case you have it in and double and triple check all the motherboard standoffs and make sure they're all in the right position and you don't have ANY where they should be. Second, pull out the cpu and the ram and reinstall them. Re-thermal paste the cpu, and especially re-insert the ram.
If this is your first time building a computer, the first time you install ram in the slots they can be pretty stiff and hard to insert properly. Best to insert the ram with the board outside the case so you can do it properly. Make SURE you shove it all the way down til it clicks and make sure the little tabs on the sides of the ram slots fully engage into the slots in the side of the ram.
Reinstall the board, then reinstall the video card and make sure IT is properly seated as well. Before you plug any drives (hd or optical) into the motherboard, plug in all the necessary power cables to the motherboard, reset the bios with the bios reset switch (or jumper if so equipped). Make abso-sure that your front panel connectors are where they should be.
Then try to fire it up. Chances are after you re-do everything you'll find that it fires right up. Most fail-to-boot fresh builds are something not installed properly, seated all the way, or something put together wrong.
Once you verify that it fires up go ahead and plug in your drives and you should be good to go.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
