I would think that it would make sense to follow the first religion. Makes no sense to me. I mean, you don't appear to even know so little as the name of the first religion, and you're already professing support for it, when you don't know it's teachings or practices?
That makes no sense at all. But instead we have Muslims, Catholics, Buddhist, and thousands more other religions. If their was 1 religion that is true wouldn't it be the first religion instead of what came after.
No. I do not know the first religion but If it is not centered around the father, son, and holy spirit then that would make me have even more doubts to the christian beliefs. Why?
God chose not to reveal the Holy Trinity as such until a mere 2,000 years ago. So how could you possibly expect man from 40,000 years ago to possess an inkling of understanding of the Hly Trinity?!?!
The first religions were "pagan", and they usually centred around pleasing some sort of earth-based god(s) or goddess(es). The first religions were (probably) much like the religions of the Native American Indians; they focused on pleasing a central being who provided something important to their survival, like rain, sun, fire, or reproduction. A lot of early religions were centred around the female and her ability to create life, so a lot of early gods were actually goddesses.
The religions you first mentioned weren't really around during the early stages of human development... but if you're Christian you probably don't 'believe'(for lack of a better term) in evolution, which is to say that the Earth is still quite young and Christianity was probably the first religion. It all depends on what you believe. As an atheist, this is what I see to be true.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
