If it's that bad you can go ahead and take a plain benadryl (not benadryl-d). You can also take regular Claratin or Zyrtec for long term management of your sinuses. Another good suggestion would be to use a neti pot or a similar saline nasal rinse/spray.
The saline helps dislodge and clear out mucus and clear out any other irritants. Claritin and a neti pot are the only reason I can sleep without congestion these last few months. If you're unclear about what you can and cannot take for your sinuses during pregnancy, you should go and have a chat with your local pharmacist.
They can tell you exactly how safe which medications are for pregnant women.
Try a Neti pot. They sell it at Walgreens, probably other drug stores as well.
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
