Preparing for College: Architecture Questions!?

Volunteering is better than clubs! Early DECISION means that if you get accepted you have to go there. You can only apply to one school early decision.

It's a commitment. Early ACTION just means that you send your application early (usually November) and you get a response sooner (usually january). And for some schools you only get qualified for scholarships if you apply early.

But that varies. As for regular decision you apply usually in january and get a response march/april. For big schools the early action acceptances are at a higher percentage than regular.

And a lot of times of you apply early and they don't accept you right away they'll defer you and look at you again with the regular decision applicants. The ACT and SAT are very different. The ACT has a writing section, math, reading, science, and optional essay.

You take each section at once (35-45 minutes each, essay 30 minutes persuasive). The SAT has a reading section, math, and writing with a mandatory essay (20 minutes opinion). You take two of each section but in shorter intervals than the ACT.

But if you answer a question wrong you get 1/4th a point off. Take both and see which works better for you and take that one again! For instance I took the SAT and the ACT and did better on the ACT so I took that one again.

You need to sign up for each on your own. They usually have them once a month during school months. The websites are: www.actstudent.com and www.sat.collegeboard.com As far as CU boulder you need to research the schools website to find out more.

Contact someone from admissions! Every college is different. Some want things elegrically and others by mail.

Thankfully you don't need to worry about that. When you send your SAT/ACT scores theyll send it according to how they accept it. For transcripts and letters of recommendation your teacher sends it accordingly.

Sorry if this is long! Good luck!

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
