Idk but if your computer is old that maybe be why also if its not that you have to downlaod somrthing for it I forgot the name but it should show you what you need to downlaod and if is not that restart your computer and try to downlaod it agan.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
