A2. NRS training is a continuous improvement process and all programs have been required to attend Phase 1 and Phase 2, and will be required to attend Phase 3. Individuals within a program who have not attended Phase 1 or Phase 2 training are encouraged to attend these as additional sections become available.
If your program has had representatives at Phase 1 and Phase 2, you are not required to send additional staff, though, as stated, this is encouraged, especially in light of the high staff turnover experienced throughout the Adult Education system. More.
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
