This type was a "con" for me, when I wore contacts It sounds like you already know the "pro" side of waterproof mascara . . .
Long wear, stays on during exercise, doesn't get smudged (or shouldn't) when crying, etc. In terms of the "cons," my optometrist always discouraged me from wearing waterproof mascara when I had my contact lenses in. It's been a while since we had that conversation, but he always encouraged me to find a type that would disintegrate if it got into my eye.(Mary Kay had a good one for a while, but they don't seem to carry that type anymore; I'm wearing glasses now, anyway, so it h/n been a big deal. ) I do remember wearing waterproof mascara with my contacts and, when it did get in my eye, it stung a lot more than other types of mascara.
It was also a real booger to get off at night, so my relationship with it didn't last long! Other than that, it's probably a great product to use if you want something that will last a long time, and withstand extra sweat and tears. Yuliah Sources: personal opinion .
Waterproof mascara can dry your eyelashes, and can be harsh to your skin when removing. 1. If you wear contacts - avoid waterproof mascara. It can't be removed easily and may stain contacts.
2. The skin around the eye area is much thinner than anywhere else on your face. You probably know that already - it's the first place most of us start noticing the signs of age.
Not only is the skin around your eyes more vulnerable to aging but it's probably the part of your face that gets the harshest treatment. The real trouble for your skin of course comes when you have to take the waterproof mascara off at night. That's when the worst damage can be done if we're not careful.
Don't use waterproof mascara - you're much more likely to pull and damage the delicate skin trying to get it off.3. Some make-up removers can irritate the eyes especially after repeated use. This is why it is recommended that women who wear mascara regularly use one that doesn't require a make-up remover4.
Frequent use of waterproof mascara has a tendency to make the hair follicles dry out. It is not a good idea to wear waterproof mascara for extended periods of time since it has a tendency to dry the lashes.5. Waterproof mascaras usually make eyelashes pretty stiff.
In addition, waterproof mascara will rarely perform for more than 3 months, becoming flaky afterwards.6. Waterproof mascara, or mascara remover will weaken the bonding if you're wearing Eyelash Extensions. Sources: my opinion .
What are the pros and cons on cleaning your registry.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
