It can get frustrating to start one but maintaining one can be very relaxing, the physical and mental benefits are great! They say gardening is one of the best things you can do next to walking, add in all the other benefits of growing your own food and stuff like that.
It's a lot of work, but I keep the benefits in mind: lots of healthy, pesticide free vegetables (my garden is organic, which probably makes it even more work), new varieties of produce to experiment with in the kitchen, the fitness benefits of working in the gardening (it counts as exercise! ), and saving money at the grocery store.
I like container gardening. It seems to be less work, and I can keep the pests away easier, which means I actually get to keep my veggies.
I agree and don't for get their no need to go to the gym if more people did gardening they keep there weight down and have no health problems.
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
