Quantum physics has proven that the "solidity of matter" is an illusion, given what we know...?

If it is an illusion then the collection of illusions is reality. Thus reality is made of illusions. This contradicts reason so no reality is objective- beyond illusion.

Is there an afterlife? There is no ground to support that there is so no. It also is not supported by logic.

What is meant by the phrase...? Simply that reality is made by the mind and that all things are possible with the mind. (I would have given more in depth responses if this question was not so general. There are not enough characters to fully answer each.).

The philosophical meaning behind that is, "Go ahead and try it; see what happens." "Metaphysics is the foundation of philosophy. Without an explanation or an interpretation of the world around us, we would be helpless to deal with reality. We could not feed ourselves, or act to preserve our lives.

The degree to which our metaphysical worldview is correct is the degree to which we are able to comprehend the world, and act accordingly. Without this firm foundation, all knowledge becomes suspect. Any flaw in our view of reality will make it more difficult to live."

http://www.importanceofphilosophy.com/Me... Difficult to live--or it might even kill you. Then you'd know for certain, wouldn't you?

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
