¿Que debo hacer para arreglar el teclado de mi PC?

Lo que yo haría sería usar el recovery para que esté como nueva o instalarle una distribución GNU/Linux, mi favorita es Linux Mint. Creo que el mejor Windows es Windows 7 pero solo te recomendaría instalarlo si lo vas a comprar por que si no es original no puedes descargar actualizaciones para corregir errores y vulnerabilidades, además he leído que algunos activadores tienen malware.
