Impide el crecimiento que levantes pesas muy pesadas PARA VOS, ya que al levantar tanto peso tu espalda se va a desarrollar pero no tu estatura, osea tu espalda y tus hombros se van a ensanchar pero no van a permitir tu crecimiento en estatura, igual te recomiendo que empieces el gimnasio pero que lo hagas con asesoramiento de un deportologo o un personal trainer que DE VERDAD SEPA.
