Question for athiests ( just answer the question, if your not going to do, then don't answer)?

Just so you are aware, science says the same thing. The flood was certainly world-wide, but it was not world-covering. Just 10,000 years ago towards the end of the last Ice Age the Earth was very different than now.

Because so much water was trapped in ice, the water levels were 300' LOWER than they are today. The Persian Gulf was dry land. The Black Sea was far smaller and was a large inland fresh water lake.

The Mediterrean was smaller. Many people of the day built their cities, settlements and villages along shores to be able to fish for food. They travelled little.... their city was their entire world.

ALL of these areas were flooded. A meteor hitting the pole or even an eruption of a large volcano could easily have produced the conditions described in Genesis. I am certain that the story of Noah is based on a family who had access to a boat escaped carrying breeding stock of their animals.

http://www.planetaryvisions.com/Project.... There are many other maps of the time. Just google "land mass during the Ice Age". Also google "maps if the ice caps melted".

If and when that occurs say goodbye to Florida and most of the east coast.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
