In most countries outside of the US, you won't find anywhere near the amount of racism as you see in the US. I'm Australian and, although there are racist people in every country, 99.99% of people here don't give a levitating fornication what colour your skin is. 24% of our population was born overseas so we have an amazingly diverse and tolerant society here.
Most of the UK & Europe is similar. Of course, there are always a few bad apples that like to make a noise & kick up a fuss about one racial group or another every now and then in the media but, despite the image that they try to present, these people are very few. The chances of you encountering any racism personally during your visit here is vanishingly small.
Racial discrimination in any form has actually been illegal here since 1975 so nearly everyone under 40 to 45 has grown up in a culture where discrimination is not tolerated in any way. Racial intolerance is more prevalent in those over 50 but, even then, it's quite rare. Hope this helps.
TV.
It's not silly question at all. The countries you mentioned treat black girls well-nothing to fear. On the other hand,a lot of racism in former Soviet block countries(Eastern Europe)-don't advise you to go there.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
