And we might need a dome too because whats to stop said Mexican from jumping out of the plane while they are flying to Canada.

Visa restrictions for one. If it was easy they would all be dong it. Canada is harder to get visa approval than the USA.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
