Not exactly. String theory would be the closest. The thing you are seeking is very speculative.
I can see one possible link, but I do not know of any substantial evidence to support such ideas except the limitation on observations. Hypothetically, we could follow one link that of the quarks, and their point like property. If they are of zero volume in space-time, and are a source of inertia, they might according to the concept of true vacuum( within which the universe exists.), would leave all possible universes within the true vacuum connected to each other through the quark and thereby all mass ( rest ).
If this is the case, all other universes are actually connected and function with similarities, much like a black hole within our universe. They may actually connect through the fields. As you are probable aware the Higgs, gravitational and the magnetic fields do occur at the black hole event horizon this concept could indicate they exist within the true vacuum and universe, at what might be considered the edge of our universe, determined by our mass (rest).
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
