Bc thats the result of their measurements. It will vary a lot over time, but right now the economy seems to be coming back and the Republicans are having trouble mending their image.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
