RE: Arizona's anti-illegal immigration bill. Are leftists and the "constitutional scholar" in the white house?

At least you recognize that the law is illegal... " the Arizona illegal bill " The constitution forbids imprisoning people for not carrying birth certificates. Why is the Constitution only important when it's convenient to you?

If it is really that bad, why doesn't the Governor declare a state of emergency and ask Congress for temporary powers to deal with it, instead of passing an illegal law. Article. IV.

Section. 3. The Congress shall have Power to dispose of and make all needful Rules and Regulations respecting the Territory or other Property belonging to the United States; and nothing in this Constitution shall be so construed as to Prejudice any Claims of the United States, or of any particular State.

Section. 4. The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened), against domestic Violence.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
