Recently moved to Texas,my car still have California plates, got a ticket for speeding, can I fight it.?

First, you need to get it registered at your county clerks office, registered and titled in your name if the title hasn't been already. Buy your tags, thenobtain car insurance, then you can go for the inspection sticker if texas requires them. There are some states that require you to have an inspection done before they'll issue plates, so you may need to call and find out from them first.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
