You need to find a brand of coffee that you like. Yuban Original has almost no acid taste. I use a melitta cone filer, boil water in a stainless steel kettle and it turns out perfect every time.
Dunkin' Donuts coffee is also very good. Folgers is what's left after the better coffee companies buy the best beans.
I agree with most folks on the choice of "Bean"... but for those who don't have the funds to buy expensive beans I'll share an old Navy trick! Add a 1/2 teaspoon of salt to the coffee grounds before perking (for a normal sized pot of coffee).
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
