You need to make an appointment for the passport renewal at the Romanian Embassy or the Romanian Consulate General (Chicago, New York, Los Angeles) which covers your state of residence. http://www.roembus.org/english/services/... .. Applications for renewal by mail are not longer possible since 2009; your fingerprints and biometrics need to be taken in order to be added to the microchip on the new e-passport. Since the passports are produced in Romania it may take up to 90 days to get it renewed.
You can do that through the Romanian embassy in Washington.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
