I will definitely vote AGAINST Obama next year, meaning of course I will be voting FOR the Republican candidate, whomever it is, BUT...quite frankly, I am not happy with the present GOP choices for a variety of reasons. I simply don't see anyone in that group strong enough to get the votes to get this turd out of office. I happen to feel Chris Christie, New Jersey Governor, has the hutzpah that can defeat Obama in 2012 and am hoping he will eventually join the race for the GOP nomination.
Ok, given no other choice, Here is my ranking: 1. Mitt Romney 2. Rick Perry 3.
Newt Gingrich 4. Rick Santorum 5. Jon Huntsman 6.
Michelle Bachmann 7. Herman Cain 8. Ron Paul.
Your list seems to be the Most conservative to the Least, except for maybe the last two, I would reverse them. But you have not really looked at Qualified. I know, the last election proved that qualified does not matter, but it does, really.
I would like the Nominee to have been a REPUBLICAN governor, which leaves out Huntsman. Conservative Republican Governor leaves out Romney, and taps Perry. I would like to see Cain get some experience in Politics first, but if we make him the VEEP, the liberal media will make hay about how the Republicans would not let a Black man be any more than second fiddle, which unfortunately will mean he needs to be left out, and appointed to a high-level cabinet post.
I would really prefer that politicians who are "retired" from politics because of having lost elections would not expect us to take them seriously. I like Santorem and Gingrich, but they have been told NO already. They have both been beaten by liberal opponents in lesser elections.
Perry/Bachmann is probably the ticket that will crush Obama like a Grape.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
