The GOP only cares about "voter fraud" when they wish to suppress the thinking person voter. As long as the only candidates on a ballot are corporately-correct avarice infected individuals, there is no chance a thinking person is going to vote for a fraudulent, (anti-constituent) GOP politician. So in this instance, it's important to allow anyone willing to debase themselves and their humanity to vote for a collection of corporate side-show, talking-point freaks.
