I like One Producer/One Rapper combinations. I feel like it gives both the producer and the rapper their own creative sides of the music and they can each do what they want and how they want, as opposed to rapper-rapper combos that need to switch verses and share everything. BQ: off the top of my head, Mobb Deep, Outkast, Black Star, Heltah Skeltah & Smif-N-Wessun I guess.
Talking official duos though, not duos like Raekwon & Ghostface Killah or Method Man & Redman. BQ2: off the top of my head again, Gang Starr, Pete Rock & C.L. Smooth, Blue Scholars, Reflection Eternal and Eric B & Rakim. I think thats a pretty good list.
BQ3: Mobb Deep and Pete Rock & CL Smooth.
DJ and One Rapper BQ: 1 Mos Def and Talib Kweli 2 Phife and Q-Tip 3 Meth and Red 4 Nas and AZ (need an album!) 5 One Be Lo and Senim Silla BQ2: 1 Guru and Premier 2 Murs and 9th 3 Skyzoo and 9th 4 Eric B and Rakim 5 Hi Tek and Kweli BQ3: 2 rappers.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
