Go see your doctor, my brother had this from getting kicked in the testicles while playing Soccer, it swelled up for a bit. He had to ice it. Go check it out with a doctor first.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
