Rocketeer question-Fritzie the teacup dalmatian, won the BIG Bingo Jackpot at Church-now they don't want to pay her?

The Jackpot was a brand new Cadillac Escalante and dinner for 4 at the local Outback steakhouse. Father O'Malley, the Church's Pastor, says that Fritzie is underage, she is 10, and can't win the Cadillac nor can she have the dinner for 4 at Outback cause she is a Dalmatian. None of these make sense to me--I just heard that Father O'Malley wants Fritzie to donate the car back to him and the church and that he should also donate back the Dinner for 4 to Father O'Malley, Sister Tina and the Dexter twins - the church's alter boys.

I think something is not so holy at this church. I think if Fritzie won fair and square--she should get her gifts---what do you think? Can Fritzie sue the church?
