You can repair the os enter the OS dvd and hit F8, it should say install windows and below Repair windows! I usually reinstall my Os whenever I get error's like this it is a easiest and convenient way out from the problem and don't worry your data will not wipe out, it'll stay :).

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
