That simply means weka.classifiers.tress. J48. J48 class is not in classpath .

You can write java command with -classpath switch or set CLASSPATH (permanent) variable. Another way is to use -jar switch as pointed by @jberg.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
