Russian jet shot down over Turkey after they kept violating Turkish airspace. What is Putin thinking?

I'm not sure if there isn't multiple factions who think they run the Turkish Government. It seems like there's a NATO Turkey and a pro-Muslim Turkey and they do different things.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
