I personally ADORE every single song that scop has made. Try listening to Utakata Dance, Doubutsu Uranai, or Yubikiri for starters. I also love Hachi's songs, like Matryoshka, Wonderland to Hitsuji no Uta, and others.

If you prefer something rock-ish, you could listen to Nashimoto-Ui's songs: Petenshi ga Warau Koro ni, Kutabare PTA, etc. By the way, DECO*27 has some really nice GUMI songs, if you don't mind her voice. Yowamushi Montblanc and Mozaik Role are the best ones, in my opinion.
