Yes, most schools do if you're using their wifi or computer. If you want to visit those sites you can try to hide your phone and use mobile data/wifi from somewhere else.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
