Depends on what model kindle you have. Some Kindles are WiFi only. Some are cellular: 3g/2g onlySome have both: WiFi and 3g cellular.

And all Kindles have a USB port for manual downloading via your computer and it's Internet connection. So it depends on what model you have.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
