First of all, you need to take out the Premature Burials because they're banned. Take out Royal Decree and replace it with Jinzo. Jinzo is exactly like Royal Decree, except that Jinzo only requires 1 sacrifice, and it's a 2400 beat stick that can really annoy people.
TRUST ME. I thought Jinzo sucked because it requires a sacrifice, and I couldn't use Traps either, but after it was used against me in a few duels, I stopped dissing it so much. You need a Heavy Storm.
Threatening Roar is better than Waboku, so I would switch those out. Take out Malice Dispersion. It's not really that good.
How many times do you think you'll run into Continuous Traps that'll piss you off? That's why you have MST and Heavy to counter those. Since you have at least one Dimensional Prison, try to get your hand on a couple more of those and take out the Sakuretsu Armor.
D-Prison is exactly the same as Sakuretsu except it removes the monster from play. This is way better too because many meta can pull a win just by using monsters in their Graveyards (Gladiator Beasts, Blackwings). It looks like you have a huge variety of cards.
Through much experience, I have found that a consolidated strategy revolving around key cards is the best way to win a duel. Another thing: Chaos Sorcerer is an incredible card, and is extremely easy to get out. However, it would be a little harder to get out in this deck because you do not have many LIGHT monsters.
Chaos Sorcerer requires the removal of 1 LIGHT and 1 DARK. Questions to ask yourself when building a deck: (We'll use Chaos Sorcerer for an example) 1.) What card has a really good effect that could win me a duel (should be a monster with certain conditions like your Chaos Sorcerer) 2.) What other monsters can support this one? (Use LIGHT/DARK monsters that can Special Summon fast/have good effects) 3.) What Spells and Traps are beneficial?
(Always use staples like MST, Bottomless and Heavy, and also cards that go specifically with LIGHT or DARK monsters) Tips: 1.) Sometimes cards with good effects aren't always good. For example: yes Ground Collapse is cool in the fact your opponent's field is limited to 3, but more often than not, it's a dead draw that won't help you. 2.) Choose cards that can help you in a variety of situations, whether its a Spell, Trap, or Monster Effect.
3.) Put as many Special Summoning monsters in your deck as possible.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
