What you want to do is issue an AJAX Post request on the submit event of your form. The success callback of that AJAX Post request should update your UI to alert the user that their post was sucessful.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
