Yes it is. And really every thing is all in your mind. The more you think about it worse it becomes you have to trick your mind into believing your not stressed.
Try doing the opposite of what you normally do when it stressed. Once you feel your self syncing into a depression get up go run, exercise, keep your mind pre occupied. Go out with friends.
Smile. Trick your mind into enjoying things. It works but it's not easy.
Just all a mind thing but it is possible you can do it.
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
