I don't think so. I mean Bale was going a little too far in his diatribe, but the guy apologizes and is, by Bale's own admittance, a nice guy. Bale really needs to take a step back, because at this point he's becoming a real Prima donna.
Here's the full story of what happened. aintitcool.com/talkback_display/39984?q=... Obviously Christian Bale was out of line but Shane Hulbert was not blameless in this situation. Any actor who's been on a real set knows walking in an actor's sight lines is a big no-no.
The fact that this guy was walking around and messing with lights during filming of an emotional scene is really unprofessional and VERY unusual. On the many sets that I've been on, when the director yells action, the crew, talent and background not in frame literally freezes where they are. It's obvious McG had a set that was unprofessional and full of unorthodox shenanigans.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
