You can't have it both ways. Either he stays and continues to get sued by crybabies--ALSO trying to make a point--or he quits. You're bitching about him staying, but if he quits, you'll say he's a coward or he was obviously incapable of doing the job, etc.--ex.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
