If you have a 1966 Porsche, pamper that puppy. If you have a current mdoel, drive it the way it was meant to be driven. A Porsche is not a dragster so don't treat it like a Detroit muscle car.It is meant to be road-course driven.
So drive road-race fashion. I am not saying drive dangerously or illegally. I am saying drive it taking advantage of its capability.
Drive it hard, but take care, and enjoy driving again.
YES and YES The major difference between a Porsche and a Ferrari is mostly in the "should be driven" part. Outside of the good eccentrics like James Glickenhaus, most Ferrari owners realize that they are just too finicky (and expensive) for regular use. And, to be fair, this is definitely true of Porsche cousin Bugatti (in the category of private jets are cheaper than the "scheduled maintenance").
In my opinion, the Porsche is the right mix between exotic sports car and "daily driver". And I believe that Porsche vehicles are designed to be driven, not to sit in museums. But even the daily drivers should be pampered, because a Porsche is a Porsche!
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
