Healthcare isn't free (FAR from it). Americans who actually cannot afford to pay for health care do get it free--it's called Medicaid. Those who can afford to pay for medical care have no issue with doing so.
If all healthcare was paid for by the government, it would be rationed. Cosmetic procedures or procedures deemed "medically unnecessary" by the administrators who control the purse strings would not be allowed. Americans have rejected such a system time and time again.
If you like it, move to England. But I don't think you would like the tax rates.
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
