No. I think that the rich old narrow minded people should retire and make way for the fresh young people who finished college and are enthusiastic about getting their career started in the field that they are educated in. We are encouraging these young, bright 20 something year old kids to do their best in college, we should also have jobs available for them when they finish school.It would make this world a much better place to see some fresh new faces out there doing professional careers.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
