Should every educator pursue a Professional Development Plan (PDP) during the year of full evaluation?

Yes. All certificated educators, with the exception of a novice teacher, should always be in pursuit of an individual PDP. A PDP should be developed at the end of each school year and pursued the ensuing school year, regardless of the status of ones full evaluation year.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
