You can still enjoy 2 without playing one there will be a few questions that you might ask but you can still enjoy it but the first 3 hours will give you some major plot spoilers for the 1st game.
I only watched my friend play KH1 for thirty minutes, and I understand KH2. Just saying. It's really not that complicated, the story itself is, but the game drills into your head, so yeah.
