There cannot possibly be a "huge tip expected". Tips are always optional. Expecting a tip, let alone a "huge tip" is just rude and childish.
An expensive restaurant should be paying its servers well over minimum wage, so the tips are just "gravy" on the side. If I go to an expensive restaurant I expect superior service, whether or not I plan to tip anything or end up tipping an extraordinary server. Tipping is not a major consideration for whether we're eating out, let alone at a fancy restaurant.
If you're in the hospitality business, you need to welcome everyone, whether or not you expect them to tip.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
