Do you have a compromised immune system; aids, cancer, hepatitis, etc? If you don't fall into any of those categories then it is worth considering. Other than that it probably is unnecessary.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
