Anyone can pay to take a few classes at a college or university, but you cannot enroll to earn a degree without a diploma. However, after you graduate, the classes you took will count towards a degree there or can be transferred to another school. Ask your high school if they have any dual enrollment programs to take the classes for cheap/free.
Keep in mind you usually can't sign up for the course until after their own students have picked all their classes (many fill up fast) and you must meet the pre-requisite requirements (you might not have enough math or English for those courses). And most of all remember that you must tell future colleges you took this course, even if you fail it, so start out small with just one class and be prepared to put in a ton of work.
Yes it is possible to take community classes while still in high school.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
