I actually suggested that to Coreymac few days after I joined That's what he answered: ""Following questions" is coming to Mahalo soon - great suggestion! " I used this feature extensively at Yahoo Answers Right now, I can solve that by feeding each questions to Google Reader, It may be more comfortable to watch them from profile Also, you can feed ( as suggested, tab) topics using Google Reader That's how I follow the Mathematics questions Searching through your own q&a would be a good feature too but you can do that using Google. Google features a list of questions and pages from Maholo on the top of the search each time you include "Maholo" word in the search.
Adding your nickname will search through your own q&a. That's a reason why I have a unique nickname like mielu_istetz. That's what I used to do at Yahoo Answers since you can't search your own answers either.
Also, you can look up for tags. If you see a tag, you can click on it and see a list of questions with that tag. But what can you do if you don't have a question with that tag handy?
Note that there's a ip address specific to each of them: For example http://www.mahalo.com/answers/tag/dog You can enter directly the address in the browser and voila!
Absolutely. Mahalo really needs to implement this feature. There have been many times I was interested in finding out the answer to a question, and would have loved to have a way to "flag" that question to come back to.
Even Yahoo Answers has this feature - they call it a "Watchlist".
I think a simple search feature in my "activity" tab would suffice. I saw a question last night that was identical to one that was asked the day before, but I couldn't find the original in time before I had to go home for the day. What would be really amazing is if we could "tag" particular categories or subcategories as our speciality, and be alerted which questions have been asked in that category.
But that doesn't relate to your question - it was just an interesting thought I had. :).
The RSS button or Email me answers will both work. I subscribe to all Mahalo Questions through the RSS feed to Google Reader. Google Reader allows me to flag questions for later review or responding.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
